Bread and its importance to Jewish faith cannot be overemphasized. From the Passover celebration that preceded the journey into the wilderness to the Manna God provided in the wilderness for the children of Israel to the stone Jesus refused to turn to bread on a 40 day fast. These are accounts that symbolize Jesus not just being our savior but also our sustenance.
