Missio Dei Wrigleyville

MD Kids Family Vision

The mission of MD Kids is to partner with parents to show and tell the good news of Jesus to our kids. Our aim is to shepherd the hearts and minds of the children of Missio Dei Wrigleyville by intentionally stewarding the time we have with them. We also desire to equip our parents to thrive in their role as the spiritual leaders of their children by providing take-home resources, practical tools, and encouragement on a regular basis. Our hope and prayer is that we begin to see families being transformed and living on mission together as disciples of Jesus.

Sunday Morning

MD Kids is OPEN!

MD Kids is currently available to children ages 3 through 5th grade. In the front foyer, you can sign your children in starting at 9:45 a.m. Children can then be escorted down into one of our classrooms where they will play games, crafts, and learn from the Scriptures in a fun and engaging way. Children can be picked-up by a parent or guardian after the service.

We are currently following similar guidelines to the city’s schools, which means that all children attending MD Kids:

  • Must be three years old or older and potty-trained
  • Must wear a mask for the duration of MD Kids
  • Free of all sickness and symptoms

Volunteering with MD Kids

What we do in MD Kids builds upon our mission as a church

To see disciples of Jesus made neighborhood by neighborhood, and upon the Great Commission when Jesus said “Go and make disciples of all nations.” Our aim is to shepherd the hearts and minds of the children of Missio Dei Wrigleyville by intentionally stewarding the time we have with them on Sunday mornings.
